The woman accused of stealing money from Emporia Senior Center was bound over for trial after a hearing in Lyon County District Court Thursday.
Lannie Lyman waived her right to a preliminary hearing Thursday afternoon. She now has a pretrial hearing set for Jan. 25 at 2 p.m. inside Lyon County District Court.
Lyman entered a not guilty plea to a single charge of theft. She is accused of stealing over $110,000 from the Senior Center from early 2016 through Sept. 2017 until she was fired.
