A preliminary hearing is coming Thursday for the woman accused of stealing money from Emporia Senior Center.
Lannie Lyman accused of taking over $110,000 from the Emporia Senior Center from early 2016 through September 2017 when she was fired. She faces one count of theft in the case.
The prelim begins at 1:15 pm in Lyon County District Court. The hearing was originally planned for mid-October but was delayed as evidence was processed in the case.
