Sentencing is on the docket for 9 am Thursday in the case of a woman who allegedly led a chase from Emporia to Hartford earlier this year.
Samantha Scheve pleaded no contest to a flee and elude count last month.
Scheve allegedly drove away from Emporia Police officers on Aug. 3 as law enforcement was in the process of finding a later co-defendant, Ethan Peterson, who was wanted on a drug warrant. Scheve and Peterson then started a nearly 90-minute chase before Scheve was arrested just outside Hartford.
Peterson was not initially found but was arrested a few days later.
