An investigation continues into a reported kidnapping incident from this past fall.
Will Anderson, 31, Stacy Steen, 32, and Ivan Murillo, 25, all face charges of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery and aggravated battery after one person said he was kidnapped, held, beaten and robbed over a period of several days. However, a fourth suspect is also being sought. That person has not been named but is not believed to be in the area at this time.
The case developed after the initial report Sept. 18. The affidavit in this case is sealed.
On Friday, a pretrial hearing for Steen resulted in a final pretrial date of Feb. 6, with trial to begin the following week. Anderson’s next hearing is Jan. 31, with Murillo scheduled in court Jan. 3.
