The Kansas Highway Patrol is leading an investigation into an injury crash involving a motorcycle near Hartford late Christmas afternoon.
The Highway Patrol says the motorcycle driver was northbound on Road W and approaching the curve connecting W with Road 110, about four miles west of Hartford, shortly before 5 pm. The driver went straight instead of negotiating the curve. The motorcycle then went into a ditch and field before flipping end-over-end at least twice.
The driver was taken to Newman Regional Health for initial treatment. Further details are pending.
