The Kansas City Chiefs have declared Sammy Watkins out for Sundays game against Oakland.
Eric Berry, Spencer Ware, Kendall Fuller and Darrel Williams are listed a questionable.
The Chiefs and running back Damien Williams have agreed to terms on a two-year extension. The extension has a max value of $8.1 million. Coach Andy Reid said it was a well deserved reward.
Williams took over at running back when Spencer Ware was injured after Kareem Hunt was released. He has scored five touchdowns in the past month while also catching 19 passes. He’s averaging 5.3 yards per carry this year.
Williams, who spent the previous four seasons with the Miami Dolphins, was set to become an unrestricted free agent.
