One defendant in a September drug distribution case is now preparing for jury trial.
Cole Bowen is currently charged with distributing stimulants and possessing paraphernalia with intent to manufacture. He has a final pretrial at 4 pm Jan. 23. Trial is set to begin Jan. 28.
Bowen is one of five defendants in the case. Seanna Herron is set for trial Jan. 25. Luis Guillen’s prime trial setting is currently Feb. 25. Amanda Alvarado has a motions hearing Feb. 4. Jacob Rodriguez has pleaded no contest to drug distribution and is awaiting sentencing.
