The Emporia State basketball teams will resume MIAA play Saturday night when they host Washburn.
The Lady Hornets will be facing a team that has won 5 in a row including a win over Central Missouri. Emporia State Coach Toby Wynn says they will have to be efficient offensively.
Senior Addie Lackey says they will need to play with energy, especially defensively.
Senior Emily Miller says they need to play with the right attitude.
The Emporia State men will be facing a Washburn team that is 9-2 for the season. Coach Craig Doty says they will continue to focus on improving defensively.
Senior Malik Hluchoweckyj says they need to play hard and as a team.
Sophomore Duncan Fort says they will need to match Washburns intensity.
