Emporia State University formally launches its spring semester with a General Assembly on Monday.
President Allison Garrett will discuss the upcoming semester with faculty and staff. The gathering will be at a special time — 10 am — because of the inauguration of Governor-elect Laura Kelly at 11 am.
Classes resume Tuesday at Emporia State.
