The Newman Regional Health (NRH) Auxiliary Board was once again generous to local students in the health field with tuition scholarships.
The NRH Auxiliary Board offered a $1,000 scholarship to nine Emporia State students for the spring semester. President of the NRH Auxiliary Board, Carolyn Hossfeld discusses the qualifications that make students eligible to receive the scholarship.
Hossfeld says that the opportunities that the Auxiliary Board provides are not only beneficial to students, but to the community as well.
