The Emporia High hosted Glaciers Edge Girls basketball tournament begins Thursday evening.
Emporia High girls Coach Carolyn Dorsey says this will be another challenging Glaciers Edge.
Emporia High will play Topeka high, the #6 ranked team in 6A at 7pm in the main gym. Coach Dorsey says they need to be better defensively.
At 5:30 in the main gym, Derby the number 1 ranked team in 6A plays Shawnee Mission North.
In the north gym at 5:30p Topeka Seaman plays Shawnee Mission South. In the 7pm game Goddard Eisenhower plays Wichita Northwest.
The Emporia High games will be broadcast on KVOE 1400AM/96.9FM and streamed on-line at kvoe.com and via the kvoe mobile app.
