Coffey County deputies and Kansas game wardens are investigating after reports of illegal deer hunting at a private hunting preserve.
Danny Hawkins has offered a $500 reward after recent unauthorized hunting at his high-fenced ranch. Hawkins tells KVOE News the illegal hunting started around New Year’s Day and has led to “multiple” deer being shot.
