Emporia State mens basketball Coach Criag Doty has announced the signing of Devin Rottweiler a 6-8 Forward.
Rottweiler, who will be a sophomore next season, will transfer from Central Wyoming.
He is averaging 12 points and 6 rebounds a game. He is the 4th signee for next season.
