Thursday marks the halfway point of MIAA play for the Emporia State basketball teams when they host Lindenwood.
The Lady Hornets are in 6th place with a 5-4 record. The Lindenwood women are in 3rd place with a 7-3 record. The Lady Hornets have won their last two games, Junior Jessica Wayne says they cant rest on their past wins.
The Emporia State men are in 12th place with a 2-7 record. Lindenwood is tied for 8th place with a 4-5 record. Senior Julius Jackson says they need to build on the way they played at Missouri Southern.
Tip-off for the womens game is set for 5:30, followed by the mens game at 7:30p.
