Groundhog Day is this Saturday, and the First Congregational Church will be having its ‘Ground Hog Dinner’ once again.
The dinner will feature a variety of items, but Sally Conard of the First Congregational Church confirms that no actual groundhog meat will be served, and goes over what will be on the menu.
Preparations for the dinner have already begun, as Conard explained on a KVOE segment last Wednesday.
The Ground Hog Dinner will take place at the First Congregational Church and will begin at 5:30 pm and last until 7 pm. A donation of $7 is requested to enjoy the dinner. For more information, contact the First Congregational Church at 342-6854.
