One of three suspects arrested last fall after an alleged kidnapping incident had his upcoming hearing delayed earlier this week.
Will Anderson, 31, was originally set for a motions hearing Thursday but that was continued to this upcoming Wednesday.
Anderson was arrested in September, along with 32-year-old Stacy Steen and 25-year-old Ivan Murillo, after one person reported being kidnapped, beaten and robbed at an unspecified address in Emporia last fall. All three face identical charges of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery and aggravated battery.
A fourth suspect is being sought but has not been named and, at last word, was listed as out of the KVOE listening area.
Anderson’s motions hearing is now at 9:30 am Wednesday.
