Testimony has started in a rape trial in Lyon County.
Jury selection started Monday morning in the case of Jeremy Massey. Opening arguments led to early testimony shortly after lunch.
Massey is accused of rape, aggravated criminal sodomy and breach of privacy after allegedly having sex with a person incapable of giving consent and allegedly using an unspecified recording device.
