Kansas State hangs onto their share of first place in the Big-12 and snapped an 8 game losing streak to Kansas Tuesday night with a 74-67 victory over the Jayhawks.
After trailing by 3 at halftime the Wildcats out scored KU 44-34 in the 2nd half. Barry Brown led K-State with 18 points. Xavier Sneed finished with 14, Dean Wade 12 and Cartier Diarra added 11 points. Kansas was led by Dedric Lawson with 18 points. Devon Dotson added 13 points.
Kansas State plays at Baylor Saturday.
Kansas hosts Oklahoma State.
