One man accused of rape in Lyon County was recently found guilty.
Jeremy Massey was charged with rape, aggravated criminal sodomy and breach of privacy after allegedly having sex with a person incapable of giving consent and allegedly using an unspecified recording device. A jury found him guilty last week.
Sentencing will be March 27 at 2 pm.
