“An Evening with Lyle Lovett and John Hiatt” filled the Granada Theatre on Wednesday night.
Lovett, a four-time Grammy Award winner and two-time featured performer at the Symphony in the Flint Hills, and Hiatt, a nine-time Grammy nominee, played for close two hours.
They also interspersed stories and friendly banter between their songs.
Lovett’s current tour runs through early August, while Hiatt is on the road through June. The musicians are on stage together through early March.
Up next for the Granada is an interactive showing of Grease on Saturday night before Little Texas comes to town for a concert March 23.
