A preliminary hearing is on the docket for a one-time Chase County jail staffer accused of an unlawful relationship with an inmate.
Courtney White-Dold made an appearance in the Chase County Courthouse on Friday. Her prelim is set for 10 am March 7.
White-Dold was charged last month with unlawful sexual relations after an alleged incident in the Chase County Jail involving her and a Sedgwick County inmate housed in Cottonwood Falls due to overcrowding in Wichita. Further investigation pointed to prior connections through texts or phone records, including some with alleged sexual contact involved.
