Flint Hills Technical College will host a series of exotic dinners in the coming months.
Three dinners will be hosted by FHTC on the third Thursday of the month, each having a different theme from a different part of the world. The first one, coming up this Thursday, will have a Mediterranean theme.
The evening will feature a seven-course meal with recipes from Italy, Spain, Greece, Egypt, Mozambique and more. Brian Romano, chef and professor of culinary arts, goes over what will be on the menu next week.
The other two dinners will be themed after the Pacific Rim and Latin America. Romano talks about the theme for this Thursday.
The dinner will begin at 6:00 pm on Thursday and tickets will be $40. Tickets can be purchased by calling (620) 343-4600 ext. 2. For more information visit the FHTC website at fhtc.edu.
