If you were planning to wait until Monday to get tickets for the iLuminate show Monday night, you have waited too long.
The show was listed as a sellout Sunday night by the Emporia Arts Center. Director Dawn Young says it’s the first time a Performing Arts Series event has sold out, and she says an amazing show is coming.

7 pm Friday: iLuminate to come to Emporia on Monday to perform
An America’s Got Talent finalist team will be coming to Emporia on Monday to perform their unique show.
Earning third place on the popular competition show in 2011, iLuminate features a team of dancers who use state-of-the-art technology to provide a choreographed ‘light’ performance on a dark stage.
Performing with Grammy-winning artists and on various television shows, iLuminate is a well-known act across the nation. The Emporia Arts Center is putting on the show, and Executive Director Dawn Young describes what to expect for the experience.
The Emporia Arts Center has put on many shows in the past, emphasizing on having the community learn something from the performers. Young says that Monday’s show will be no different.
iLuminate will put on their performance on Monday at 7:00 pm at Albert Taylor Hall. Tickets will be $25 for adults and $10 for kids, and there are a limited amount of tickets left so be sure to act quickly. Tickets can be purchased at emporiaksarts.org/event/iluminate/.
