The woman who allegedly hit another woman with her car last month has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Wednesday in Lyon County District Court.
Ryan Michelle Shepherd faces single charges of aggravated battery, aggravated witness intimidation and driving while suspended.
Shepherd is accused of using her car to hit Ashley Everly as part of an altercation late last month in Hartford. Everly suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Shepherd allegedly left the scene and was arrested in Coffey County.
The hearing is at 3 pm.
