The Emporia High and area high school basketball teams have received their Sub-State pairings.
The Emporia High girls open at Topeka Seaman next Wednesday. This will be the 4th meeting between the two schools. The winner will advance to face either Pittsburg or DeSoto for a trip to the State tournament.
The Emporia High boys will play at Kansas City Schlagle on Thursday. The winner will advance to face Topeka West or Pittsburg in the Sub-State championship game.
The 5A State tournament will be played at Emporias White Auditorium.

At Marion:
The Northern Heights boys host Goessel on Monday.
The Mission Valley boys host Herington on Monday
The Northern Heights girls will host Marion on Tuesday.
Mission Valley hosts Hillsboro on Tuesday.
At Pleasanton:
Lyndon boys play at Plesanton on Monday.
The Lyndon girls host Jayhawk Linn Tuesday.
In Class 3A
At Eureka:
Osage City girls host Neodesha and Burlington girls host Fredonia Monday.
Tuesday in boys play Osage City hosts Douglass and Burlington hosts Prairie View.
At Riley County:
Council Grove girls host St. Marys Monday.
The Council Grove boys play at Minneapolis Tuesday.
