The woman who allegedly hit another woman with her vehicle in Hartford last month was in Lyon County District Court Wednesday.
Ryan Michelle Shepherd was bound over for trial on charges of aggravated battery during a preliminary hearing Wednesday afternoon. Her first pretrial hearing is now set for March 19.
Shepherd is accused of using her car to hit Ashley Everly as part of an altercation late last month in Hartford. Everly suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Shepherd allegedly left the scene and was arrested in Coffey County.
