A rescheduled motions hearing is now set for Tuesday in the case of a one-time Emporia chiropractor now charged with sexual assault.
Eric Hawkins is set to be in court for a hearing at 1:15 pm.
Hawkins has been formally accused of rape of a then-16-year-old after an alleged incident in November 2015. He has also been charged with aggravated sexual battery against a then-22-year-old woman dating to an alleged incident a year ago and a sex battery count with an alternate charge of battery against a then-32-year-old woman for an alleged incident almost four years ago.
Potential trial dates of March 15, March 18 and April 29 are currently on the docket.
