The Emporia City Commission will revisit two tabled items from their recent action session during their study session Wednesday.
The first item on the agenda will be approval of an ordinance to authorize an amendment to the Kansas Department of Health and Environment State Revolving Fund loan agreement. The loan in question is from the Kansas Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund to finance a wastewater treatment project in Emporia.
Commissioners will also discuss the awarding of a bid for the downtown sanitary sewer systems improvement project.
The meeting gets underway at 10 am inside City Conference Room 1AB at White Auditorium.
