The Emporia High girls bowling team finished in 8th place at the 5-1A State tournament Thursday.
Individually Kinsey Miller finished in 12th place with a 535 series. Laney Dobson finished in the 38th place with a 472 series. Buhler won the team Championship.
In the boys state tournament Emporia Highs David Dix finished in 37th place with a 514 series.
