Formal charges have been filed against three people after a reported burglary in Eureka last weekend led to arrests on suspicion of drug distribution and other drug-related crimes.
Danny Lavern Noland faces charges of methamphetamine distribution, conspiracy for meth distribution, paraphernalia possession and burglary. He also faces two counts of theft.
Dalton Glenden Noland faces charges of meth and marijuana possession, paraphernalia possession and theft.
Tammie Kay Noland is charged with meth distribution, conspiracy for meth distribution and paraphernalia possession.
Defendant age and hometown information has not been released.
Deputies say they fielded a report of criminal damage and burglary at an unspecified business in Eureka on Saturday. Deputies gained a search warrant related to that call and went to an unspecified motel to execute the warrant. The arrests followed.
All three will be in Greenwood County District Court for hearings April 5.
