The southbound onramp at the Kansas Turnpike’s Emporia gate was closed for a length of time Sunday morning following a single vehicle accident.
Details are sparse, however, according to the Kansas Turnpike Authority, the accident involved one vehicle at mile marker 127 shortly before 4:30 am Saturday morning. Information on injuries, the driver of the vehicle and the cause are currently pending.
