Emporia Police continue their investigation into a high-dollar business burglary earlier this month.
NexTech Wireless at Flinthills Mall was burglarized March 16, with over $50,000 in cell phones taken during the incident. Police at this time are still gaining information on a potential suspect.
Other cities in Kansas have suffered similar burglaries recently. There is no current connection between the Emporia burglary and other comparable burglaries, although that is also part of the investigation.
