Emporia State Baseball team hosts Missouri Western in a 3 game series beginning Friday.
The Hornets go into the series tied for 2nd place in the MIAA standings with a 12-6 MIAA record. Western is tied for 6th place with a 10-8 conference record. Junior Shortstop Josh Norlin says they need to stay focused on 1 at bat at a time.
The two teams will play a double-header Friday beginning at 3 and 6 and a single game Saturday with first pitch at noon. Saturdays game will be broadcast on MIX 104.9.
