The ballot for the USD 251 North Lyon County School Board is starting to flesh out for a possible primary election this summer.
Board Chair Matt Horton filed for re-election. Wendy Linsey, appointed last year to fill the unexpired term of the late Earl Lyddane, has filed for her first full term if elected.
Horton and Linsey join incumbent David Goldsmith as current candidates.
Four slots are up for a vote on the North Lyon County School Board. If enough candidates file papers, a primary election will be held Aug. 6. The filing deadline is June 3.
