Two area school districts will have Honor Flight trips to Washington, D.C., this month.
USD 245 Southern Coffey County will have its upcoming trip Thursday and Friday. Nearly 25 veterans, including soldiers who served during Korea, Vietnam and Desert Storm, will be part of the trip.
Meanwhile, USD 252 Southern Lyon County has its trip April 22-23. Over 20 veterans are flying to our nation’s capital for that trip.
