The Olpe man accused recently of illegal sexual activity with a child is set for a preliminary hearing Thursday.
Garry Dale Wilson, 64, has been charged with aggravated criminal sodomy, aggravated indecent liberties and aggravated indecent solicitation. The affidavit, or law enforcement narrative, is sealed, but the criminal complaint indicates the victim was seven years old when the abuse allegedly started in January 2018.
The hearing is at 2 pm in Lyon County District Court.
