The Emporia State baseball team was shutout by Pittsburg State 1-0 Saturday.
The Gorillas scored the games lone run in the 5th inning thanks to an Emporia State error. The Hornets were shutout on 5 hits. Coach Seth Wheeler said the 1 error was the difference.
Emporia State and Pittsburg State play the final game of their 3 game series Sunday afternoon with first pitch set for 12:00p. The game will be broadcast on MIX 104.9.
