The Emporia High boys golf team picked up 2 first place finishes Monday.
They won the Circle Invitational led by Gentry Scheve who took medalist honors with a 71. Caleb Schmidt finished in 3rd place with a 81. Brooks Sauder finished 13th and Garyn Fisher 14th, both finished with 92s.
Emporia High also won the Topeka High invitational with Connor Hoyt taking medalist honors with a 85. All 6 golfers finished in the top 10 Gavin Hoelting finished 4th and Skyler Higgins 5th with 95s, Call Dold, Anthony Delgado and and Aidan Allemang finished 7th, 8th, and 9th with 96s.
