The woman who allegedly used her car to deliberately hit another woman as part of an argument earlier this year has hearings planned in Lyon County District Court on Wednesday as her potential trial date approaches.
Ryan Michelle Shepherd, 22, has a final pretrial hearing coming at 4 pm. Before that, she will have a motions hearing at 3:30 pm.
Shepherd was charged with aggravated battery after an incident in Hartford in late January. Following an altercation with Ashley Everly, Shepherd is accused of hitting Everly while driving a vehicle and then leaving the scene.
Trial is tentatively set to begin Monday.
