A final pretrial hearing is tentatively set Wednesday for Lannie Lyman, the former director of the Emporia Senior Center.
Lyman is set to be in court at 3 pm. She is charged with one count of theft in excess of $100,000 from the Senior Center, with the alleged theft taking place from early 2016 until she was fired in September 2017.
Trial could begin Monday or perhaps May 13, depending on how Wednesday’s hearing resolves.
