A final pretrial hearing has been delayed for the woman accused of taking money from the Emporia Senior Center.
Wednesday’s hearing for Lannie Lyman was pushed to May 8, meaning Lyman’s first potential trial date of Monday now won’t take place until May 13 at the earliest.
Lyman’s accused of taking over $100,000 from the Senior Center over a nearly 18-month stretch in 2016 and 2017.
Meanwhile, a final pretrial has been delayed for the woman accused of hitting a second woman with her car during an argument in Hartford earlier this year.
Ryan Shepherd was set for a final pretrial Wednesday on an aggravated battery charge. That was continued to May 1.
Like Lyman, Shepherd had a potential trial date Monday. A new court date has not been announced.
