The Tampa Bay Rays out scored the Kansas City Royals 5-2 Tuesday night.
The Rays scored 4 of the runs off of Homer Bailey who lasted into the 2nd inning.
Martin Maldonado homered in the 7th and Adalberto Mondesi scored on wild pitch in the 8th for the Royals runs.
The Royals and Rays play again Wednesday afternoon with first pitch at 12:10p with Jakob Junis making the start for the Royals.
