Lyon County commissioners have an action session Thursday.
Commissioners will hear from Emporia State University President Allison Garrett shortly before deciding whether to continue funding scholarships to ESU. Commissioners could approve an appropriation of $250,000 as part of their meeting.
Various purchases and policies are also up for votes Thursday. Four executive sessions are also planned.
The meeting starts at 8 am inside the County Courthouse.
