Possible trial dates are now scheduled in the case of an Olpe man accused of sexually abusing two young children.
At an arraignment and pretrial hearing Friday, Judge Lee Fowler set possible trial dates of June 24, July 29 and Aug. 26 in the case against Garry Dale Wilson, 64. A motions hearing is also set for May 21.
Wilson was originally charged with aggravated criminal sodomy, aggravated indecent liberties and aggravated indecent solicitation against a now-8-year-old child who was 6 when abuse allegedly started in 2016. Prosecutors replaced the indecent solicitation count with a second indecent liberties charge last month.
At that time, the state added a second alleged victim. Wilson now faces two aggravated indecent liberties counts in the case of a second 8-year-old, who was 5 when abuse allegedly began in 2016.
The affidavit in this case remains sealed.
