Two jury trials tentatively on the docket for Monday have been pushed to later in the year.
Leandro Martinez, tentatively set for trial on meth distribution charges, now won’t be in court until May 21 for a motions hearing as his court proceedings continue. Martinez had been on Lyon County’s most wanted list before his arrest in late December.
Meanwhile, the woman accused of using her car to hit a second woman as part of a dispute in January now has a plea hearing later this month. Ryan Shepherd faces an aggravated battery count after the incident in Hartford. Her next hearing is May 21.
