The Emporia High girls swim team finished in 5th place at the Centennial League swim meet Friday.
The Lady Spartans did pick up 3 automatic qualifying times for state.
Ashlyn Alingh finished 2nd in the 100 butterfly with an automatic time for state. She also finished 3rd in the 50 free with an automatic time for state.
The 200 free relay team of Emily Leihsing, Kaylen Hart, Ashlyn Alingh and Hailey Williams finished in 3rd place with an automatic time for state.
Emporia High also had 5 consideration times for state.
Kaylen Hart placed 6th in the 200 free and 7th in the 500 free with consideration times.
Hailey Williams finished 7th in the 200 free and 8th in the 500 free with consideration times.
The 400 free relay team of Kaylen Hart, Alexis Brown, Hailey Williams and Ashlyn Alingh finished in 6th place with a consideration time for state.
Manhattan is the Centennial League champion, Washburn Rural finished 2nd and Topeka Seaman 3rd.
The State dive and swim meets begin Thursday.
