Both the Lyon County and Flint Hills leagues held their track meets Friday.
At the Lyon County League meet Olpe won the girls championship. Madison and Olpe share the boys team title.
There were several multiple event champions:
Carter Cox from Olpe won both the 100 and 200 meter dashes. He also finished 2nd in the 400 meter dash.
Camden Hoelting of Olpe won both the 1600 and 3200 meter runs.
Trevin Lewis of Burlingame won both the high jump and long jump.
Megan Foster of Waverly won both the long jump and triple jump.
Addie Scheve of Olpe won both the 100 and 200 meter dash.
At the Flint Hills League meet Osage City won both the girls and boys team championships.
Council Groves Tucker Day had a record setting day winning the shot put with a meet record of 52’7.75″. He won the discuss with a meet record of 158 feet.
Lauren Carlson of Council Grove won the 200 meter dash with a new mete record time of 20.44 seconds. She also won the 100 meter dash.
The Council Grove girls 4 by 400 relay team and girls 4 by 800 relay teams won their races with a new meet record.
The Osage City boys 4 by 800 relay team won with a new meet record time.
Tanner Boyce of Northern Heights won both the 400 meter dash and high jump.
