*2000 block Kansas Highway 99 down to one lane traffic. Full closure expected later in the day

*Road 190 from B-5 to D closed for at least 10 days to replace a collapsed culvert
*Road 190 at M, north of Burlingame Road at M and west of Burlingame Road at Road 190
*1000 block Road 210
Chase County
*Camp Wood Road near Elmdale remains closed from prior flooding this month

River-based flood warnings are up for most area gauges.
*Cottonwood at Emporia: Warning until further notice. The river is at 19.33, below flood stage of 20. It should go above flood stage before noon Tuesday and crest at 25.4 feet Wednesday evening — just shy of covering both lanes of Kansas Highway 99 south of Emporia. There is no estimated time for the river going below flood stage.
*Cottonwood at Plymouth: Warning until Friday evening. River is at 31.25 feet, below flood stage of 32. It should go above flood stage Tuesday morning, climb to 36.5 feet Wednesday morning and go below flood stage Friday morning.
*Cottonwood at Cottonwood Falls: Warning until Friday night. River is at 7, below flood stage of 9 feet. It should go above flood stage before noon and crest at 13.7 feet Wednesday afternoon. It should go below flood stage Friday morning. This is just short of the 14.1-foot crest from last week.
*Neosho River at Neosho Rapids: Warning until further notice. This is the first area river gauge in flood. It’s at 22.97 feet, above flood stage of 22. It should crest at 30.4 feet — third all-time for the gauge if the forecast is accurate — around noon Wednesday and then go below flood stage next week.
*Marais des Cygnes above Reading: Warning until Wednesday afternoon. River is at 20.1 feet, above flood stage of 19. It should crest at 24 feet Tuesday afternoon and go below flood stage Wednesday morning.
Heavy rain fell at times Monday and early Tuesday.

*Emporia Municipal Airport: 2.1 inches total
*East Emporia: 2 inches
*West Emporia: 2.3 inches total

TV-13 meteorologist Doug Meyers says more rain is likely at times Tuesday, along with a slight risk of severe weather. Another risk of severe weather develops by afternoon, with all hazards possible.
