The Kansas City Chiefs will begin phase 3 of their Off season Organized Team Activities or OTAs Tuesday.
Teams are a lotted 10 days of OTA’s and are voluntary.
The OTAs do allow team drills with coaching instruction. No live contact is allowed, but 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills are permitted.
