Sentencing is coming after the Fourth of July for a Lyon County woman accused of deliberately hitting another woman with her car earlier this year.
On Monday, Ryan Michelle Shepherd pleaded no contest to an aggravated battery charge. Single counts of aggravated witness or victim intimidation and driving while canceled, suspended or revoked were dismissed as part of the plea.
Sentencing will be at 11 am July 9.
Shepherd was accused of using her car to hit Ashley Everly during an argument between the two in Hartford in late January.
